Same day. Usually within an hour during business hours, often sooner. If I am in a showing, I will text you a window when I can call back.
02 Do I have to commit to anything? +
No. The first conversation costs you nothing. We talk for 30 minutes, you decide if I am the right fit, and we go from there.
03 What if I am still 6 months out from buying? +
Even better. Earlier conversations give us time to walk a few neighborhoods, watch comps together, and get pre-approval set up properly. No pressure on the timeline.
04 Do you work with sellers too? +
Yes. About half my work is with sellers. Pricing strategy, prep, timing. Those conversations look different from buying conversations, and they matter just as much.
